Plans

  • Free — the first 10 people and 5 resources cost nothing. No card required.
  • Standard — a single per-protected-person monthly price; everything (MFA, Shield, Threat Feed, MSP) is included. See dynacop.com/pricing for the current price.
  • Custom — arranged plans (partners, special agreements) with their own limits.

What counts as a person

A billable person is an active person holding at least one allow (unexpired) access. Machines and Windows accounts are unlimited — you pay for protected humans, not servers. Deactivated people and expired access don’t count. (MSP scope counting: billing scope.)

Managing your subscription

Settings → Plan & Billing (Owner only) shows your plan, usage bars against limits, and per-customer breakdown for MSPs. Upgrading opens a Stripe checkout (monthly or yearly); afterwards the payment portal handles cards, invoices, and cancellation. Dynacop never sees your card details — payment runs entirely on Stripe.

When limits are reached

At the free tier’s limit, the panel tells you and blocks adding more — existing protection continues unchanged.
