Your account
Everything personal lives under Account (via your avatar menu).
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Your email (fixed — it is your identity), display name, and phone number.
Language
Section titled “Language”Your personal panel language (Türkçe / English) follows your account across devices. This is separate from the workspace email language, which controls outgoing mail.
Weekly digest
Section titled “Weekly digest”A personal on/off switch for the weekly security digest. It’s on by default once you’ve signed in at least once; what the digest covers follows what you can see in the panel. The last-sent time is shown.
Workspaces
Section titled “Workspaces”Which workspaces you belong to, and your role in each.
Active sessions
Section titled “Active sessions”Every signed-in session: device, last activity, IP, and expiry — with this device marked. Close any single session, or sign out other sessions in one click if something looks unfamiliar.
Trusted devices
Section titled “Trusted devices”Browsers you’ve marked remember this device (they skip the email step for 30 days). Remove one — or all — at any time; that device then goes through full sign-in again.
Idle sign-out
Section titled “Idle sign-out”After inactivity the panel warns with a countdown, then signs you out. Stay signed in resets it. This is a session-safety feature for shared desks and forgotten tabs.
Your authenticator
Section titled “Your authenticator”Your TOTP enrollment happens at first sign-in. If you lose the device, any admin with the reset permission can reset your authenticator — the reset re-binds panel and Windows sign-ins together.
