Signing in to the panel
The panel at app.dynacop.com has no passwords. Sign-in is two steps: prove the email, then prove the person.
Step 1 — your email
Section titled “Step 1 — your email”Enter your email (a quick human-check may appear). You receive a message containing both a magic link and a 6-digit code — use whichever is easier:
- click the link (verifies automatically), or
- type the 6-digit code (submits by itself on the last digit).
Didn’t arrive? Request a new one, or correct the address with Change email.
Step 2 — your authenticator
Section titled “Step 2 — your authenticator”Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
First time? You’ll be shown a QR to scan into any standard TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy) and asked for one code to confirm. This same authenticator is the one that works at Windows sign-ins too — one enrollment, everywhere.
Trusted devices
Section titled “Trusted devices”Check remember this device and that browser skips the email step for 30 days — sign-in becomes just the authenticator code. You can review and remove trusted devices anytime under your account.
Sessions and idle timeout
Section titled “Sessions and idle timeout”Sessions are visible (and closable) under your account. When idle, the panel warns with a countdown and then signs you out automatically — Stay signed in cancels it.
“Waiting for an invitation”
Section titled ““Waiting for an invitation””If you sign in but belong to no workspace yet, the panel shows who has invited you (if anyone) and waits — or lets you create your own workspace. Access to someone else’s workspace only ever comes from their invitation.
